CANCELLATION POLICY
Thank you so much for booking with me. I truly value your time and support. A deposit is required to confirm your appointment and will be applied to your final total. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance so I can offer the spot to someone else. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit. For same-day appointments, if you do not show up or cancel last minute, the deposit will not be refunded due to the limited time to fill that slot. I appreciate your understanding and communication — it helps everything run smoothly for everyone!
